Welcome to the 2024-25 Lady Liberty All-Girls Youth Hockey Programs with Affton Youth Hockey!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available.

USA Hockey Requirement

Each Player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2024-2025 Season.

  • Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
  • Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.

Raffle Tickets

Affton Hockey has one association fund raiser “Raffle Tickets”.

 

Each player (ADM through Midget A & AA) will receive 10 tickets. The raffle ticket fee has been included in the total fee you are paying with your registration.  (Please do include money when turning in the tickets).

 

You have three options of what you can do with the tickets. The first option is to sell all the tickets you have received and recover the money you have put into the fundraiser. The second option is to fill them out with your name, turn them in, and take your chance at winning $100, $500, or $1000! The third option is to do a combination of the first two options – sell some and fill out some for you. Whichever option you choose be sure to have all ticket stubs turned in by October 21, 2024.  Winners will be posted every Tuesday from October 22 – March 4, 2025 on the website. The schedule of drawings along with the cash prize amount for each week is listed on the website and the back of the raffle tickets.

 

Raffle tickets will be given to team manager and they will give tickets to parents. 

                    

 All tickets need to be in the drum in the rink attendant’s office at Affton Hockey rink by October 21, 2024 There are no exceptions and we are unable to accept any late tickets.

 

**Winners will be contacted via email or telephone with details regarding the payment of the cash prize**
