This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Affton Hockey has one association fund raiser “Raffle Tickets”.
Each player (ADM through Midget CSDHL) will receive 10 tickets. The raffle ticket fee has been included in the total fee you are paying with your registration. (Please do include money when turning in the tickets).
You have three options of what you can do with the tickets. The first option is to sell all the tickets you have received and recover the money you have put into the fundraiser. The second option is to fill them out with your name, turn them in, and take your chance at winning $100, $500, or $1000! The third option is to do a combination of the first two options – sell some and fill out some for you. Whichever option you choose be sure to have all ticket stubs turned in by October 16, 2022. Winners will be posted every Tuesday from October 17th – February 28th, 2023 on the website. The schedule of drawings along with the cash prize amount for each week is listed on the website and the back of the raffles tickets.
Raffle tickets will be given to team managers and they will give tickets to parents.
All tickets need to be in the drum in the rink attendant’s office at Affton Hockey rink by October 16, 2022 There are no exceptions and we are unable to accept any late tickets.
